Sister Shirley Ann Williams was called Home Saturday, February 9, 2019, at her residence in Donalsonville, Georgia. Born November 10, 1951, in Colquitt, Georgia, she was the youngest child of late Mr. Gene and Mrs. Daisy Kimble.
Shirley was married to Wayne Williams of Iron City, Georgia. Out of this union, they had four kids.
She leaves to cherish lovely memories of her life four caring children: Kimberly Williams of Donalsonville, Georgia, Anthony Williams of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Shay Williams of Iron City, Georgia, and special son Rodrecus Kimble (Wanda) of Donalsonville; four grandkids: Denetris Johnson of Atlanta, Georgia, Devanta Williams, Shy’Keria Williams, both of Donalsonville, and Bridgett Sanon of Savannah, Georgia; three special grandchildren: Laila Roberts of Iron City, Dahveon Kimble, and Deanna Kimble, both of Donalsonville; two great grandkids, Raelynn Williams and Colton Williams, both of Blakely, Georgia; two sisters, Colleen Harris and Annie Pearl Borden, both of Iron City; a very special sister-in-law, Rhunette Jackson of Iron City; two special nieces, Patricia Buggs (Roy) of Brinson, Georgia, and Mary Barber (Ervin) of Donalsonville; a very special friend of the family, Dr. Peter Messiah of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and a host of other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son Gregory Williams; five sisters Alice Kimble, Fannie Byrd, Susie Hention, Pauline Ceasor and Minnie Ruth Freeman; three brothers Jessie Kimble, Jerry Kimble and Willie James Kimble; father-in-law and mother-in-law Oscar and Nettie Mae Williams, and special sister-in-law Catherine Kimble.
