Gregory "Greg" Turner, Sr.

Gregory Turner Sr., "Greg", was born February 5, 1965, in Donalsonville, Georgia. He was the son of Zeb Hopson and Caroline Turner; both of whom preceded him in death.

Gregory accepted CHRIST at an early age. He joined Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church. He graduated from Jefferson High School in Tampa, Florida, and later joined the United States Army.

On Wednesday, November 20, 2019, he departed this earthly life. GOD sent HIS angels to bring HIS son Home to HIM.

"Greg", as he was known to all, leaves to cherish his wife Tia Turner; loving and devoted son Gregory Turner II (Kiara) of Tampa, FL; four grandchildren Gregory Turner III, Quintin Turner, Elyjuah Turner and Christopher Turner, all of Tampa Fl; sister Syderia Turner of Macon, GA; brother Mark Turner (Diane) of Donalsonville, GA; four nieces Tainesha Turner of Donalsonville, GA, Shakira Turner, Jontae Fielder, both of Warner Robins, GA and Kenya Hicks (Jeremy) of Fort Lewis, WA; two nephews Aaron Wynn and Alex Wynn, both of Donalsonville, GA; five aunts Mary Freeman (William), Johnnie Mae Calloway, both of Tampa, FL, Lucille Martin of Donalsonville, Lucille Malcolm of Bradenton, FL, and Equilla Rogers of East Orange, NJ; four uncles Donald Martin, Nathaniel Martin Jr., both of Donalsonville, GA, Joe Lee Turner (Pat) of Tampa FL and Andrew Turner of Millen, GA; two special friends Pamela Harris and Michael Gonzalez; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
