Roderick Anderson was born October 24, 1977, in Climax, Georgia, and transitioned from his earthly home on Sunday, December 26, 2021, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, Georgia.
During his life, he was a hard and dependable worker. Roderick worked with several employers, including Thomas & Betts Company, Elberta Crate & Box Company, Southwest GA Oil Inland Stations, McDonald’s, and many others.
Roderick was preceded in death by his sister Inez Anderson and his loving aunt Marie Butler, as well as two
uncles, Charles Johnson and Chester Porter.
Roderick leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Mary Smith of Thomasville, Georgia; stepfather, Jimmy Anderson (Sherry) of Bainbridge, Georgia; two loving brothers, Jimmy Anderson Jr. of Thomasville, Georgia, and Levar Anderson Sr. (Nancy) of Jacksonville, Florida; and two aunts, Catherine Foster of Climax, Georgia, and Shirley Choice of Bainbridge, Georgia.
Roderick Anderson also leaves to cherish his memories his best friend, Jermaine Henry of Thomasville, Georgia; his godfather, Donnie Kelly of Climax, Georgia; a special friend whom he called “Uncle Crow”, Charles Kelly of Climax, Georgia; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
