Vickie L. Curry

Vickie fought a good fight.  Then on Thursday morning, April 3, 2025, at Jackson Hospital in Jackson County, Florida, THE LORD JESUS called on Home to Rest.

Sister Vickie L. Curry was born in Donalsonville, Georgia, January 31, 1957.  She was birthed to Gessie Mae Moore Brown and James Register Jr.  She was converted at an early and joined Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to Brother Johnny D. Curry Sr.  In this union of 45 years, four children were born.

Vickie leaves to carry on her husband, Johnny D. Curry Sr.; sons: Kenji Hansford (Joann), Johnny D. Curry Jr., and Victor R. Curry; only daughter, Gessica S. Curry Bowers; grandchildren: five boys and two girls; sisters: Margaret Lindsey, Myrtle Thomas, and Sandra Claiborne; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
