Sister Willie Mae Shuler was born September 20, 1948, in Colquitt, Georgia. Her parents were the late Mr. Willie B. Wallace and Mrs. Lillian Ceasar Wallace.
At an early age, she accepted CHRIST as her SAVIOR. She was a member of Second United Holiness Church of Donalsonville, Georgia, where she served faithfully for many years and was currently under Pastor Catherine Williams.
Sister Shuler departed her earthly life on Monday, February 10, 2025, in Tallahassee, Florida. Her absence will be sorely felt by her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her husband Alto Shuler, her sister Emma Rainey, and two brothers Willie B. Wallace Jr. and Jonathan Wallace Sr.
Sister Shuler leaves to cherish her memories four children–three daughters: Barbara Ann Wallace of Donalsonville, Georgia, Sandra Wallace Scott of Douglasville, Georgia, Brenda Denise Shuler of Colquitt, Georgia, and one son, Roger Wayne Shuler of Colquitt, Georgia; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Jean Williams; three sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces and nephews; as well as special family and friends: Debra Arline, Ann Jackson, Pamela Shuler, Nikisha Martin, Lynn Wallace, Crystal Barber, Ciera Smith, Katie Williams, Virginia Williams, Alice Sol, Lisa Wallace and Ciji Holt.
