Willie Mack “Bubba” Coachman was born August 1, 1949, in Donalsonville, Georgia. His parents were Willis Coachman and Rosa Lee Rodgers Coachman.
Bubba accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Saint John African Methodist Episcopal Church. He attended Seminole County Training School, graduating in the Class of 1966.
After graduation Bubba was drafted into the United States Army and served in the Republic of Vietnam from 1970 to 1971. After returning home from military service, Bubba spent time in Florida working in various jobs before finally returning home to Donalsonville to reside with his parents. When his health began to fail, he had a brief residency at the Seminole Manor Nursing Home in Donalsonville.
On Thursday, August 8, 2024, Bubba received his Angelical Wings and took flight to his New Heavenly Home!!!
He was preceded in death by his brother Mancey Coachman and niece Felisia Clinch. Willie Mack “Bubba” Coachman leaves to cherish his memory his sisters, Yvoncille Clinch of Miami, Florida, and Yvonne Freeman of Tampa, Florida; brother, Wayne Coachman (Jackie) of Donalsonville, Georgia; uncle, Howard Coachman, Sr.; nieces: Katrina Toles (Ephraim), Bridget Clinch (David), Yvette Grace (Carey), Kim Comacho (Kim), and Shawn Williams (David); and nephews: Samuel Clinch, Jr. (Sandra), Reginald Freeman, Ricky Coachman, Sr., Jamaca Coachman (Angela), and Gregory Coachman (Devita). Bubba also leaves a host of great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
